External factors may occasionally cause delays, and we appreciate your patience and understanding when they do. We aim to ensure delivery within approximately 12 weeks.

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items in my order?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at info@higrelays.it or via WhatsApp. Kindly provide your order number and proof, such as a photo of the incorrect items. We will be more than happy to resend the correct items at no additional cost, and you will not need to return the wrongly shipped item! You can keep it as a gift from us.
