Return Policy

We accept returns only in the case of defective products or items that do not match the description, within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories and manuals.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

1.0 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

1.1 Refunds/Replacements

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund or replacement has been approved.


The choice between a refund and a replacement will be agreed upon with the customer.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method, if agreed upon.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take some time to process and issue the refund.

1.2 Order Confirmation and Cancellations

After submitting and receiving an order, HI-G Relays will issue an order confirmation within 3 business days, specifying the estimated delivery date.


Order cancellations will not be accepted after 3 business days from the order confirmation.

1.3 Defective or Non-Conforming Products

For defective or non-conforming products, the RMA procedure outlined below will apply.

1.3 HI-G Relays Return Procedure

RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization):

  • The customer must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any product.

  • The RMA request must clearly specify the reasons for the return.

  • The RMA request can be made via email at info@higrelays.it or through WhatsApp.

1.4 Return Procedure

After the RMA request is submitted and the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.


Return handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Items returned without a prior RMA request will not be accepted. HI-G Relays will wait for the returned product to conduct a failure analysis.

1.5 Failure Analysis and Refund/Replacement

Once the product is received, HI-G Relays will perform a failure analysis.
If the failure analysis confirms the defect, HI-G Relays will proceed with either a refund or a product replacement.
The choice between a refund and a replacement will be agreed upon with the customer.
